At Guardian Fencing, we take pride in delivering high-quality fence installations that are built to last. As part of our commitment to quality, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive 5-Year Labor Warranty on all professionally installed fences.

This warranty covers the following aspects of our fence installation services:

• Proper installation and secure setting of all fence posts to stability standards.
• Coverage for issues caused by inadequate concrete setting or improper backfilling during installation.

• Assurance that the fence is properly aligned, leveled (if applicable), and structurally sound.
• Correction of any noticeable leaning or misaligned fence sections caused by installation errors.

• Proper installation of gates to ensure smooth and functional operation.
• Coverage for gate sagging, misalignment, or latch/hinge malfunctions due to installation errors.

• Proper fastening and secure installation of nails, screws, bolts, and other hardware components.
• Replacement of loose or improperly secured fasteners due to installation issues.

• Stability of fence footings and foundation support, with coverage for shifting or loosening caused by improper installation (excluding severe ground settling, excessive water presence or erosion).

• Assurance that your property will be restored to its original condition after installation (excluding lawn, which is covered below).
• Coverage for repair of any lawn or property damage if not adequately restored upon project completion. This is limited to grade repair with top soil and grass seed. 

• Proper installation of security components, such as locks, latches, and custom child-proof mechanisms.
• Correction of installation errors that compromise the security or safety of your fence.

• Coverage for proper installation of custom design elements, including ornamental accents, decorative panels, and specialty gates.

While our warranty is comprehensive, there are certain conditions and exclusions to be aware of:

• This warranty does not cover defects or failures in the fencing materials themselves, such as warping, cracking, splitting, fading, or discoloration. Warranty claims for materials must be made directly with the material manufacturer or through Guardian Fencing.
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, storms, flooding, hail, lightning, or other natural disasters.
• Damage due to soil erosion, ground settling, or shifting soil conditions.
• Damage caused by impact from vehicles, fallen trees or branches, vandalism, or other accidents.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect of the fence, such as climbing on the fence or placing heavy objects against it.
• Failure to perform regular maintenance, such as cleaning, inspecting, and addressing minor issues.
• Repairs, alterations, or modifications made by third parties without prior written consent from Guardian Fencing will void this warranty.

To ensure the longevity and proper performance of your fence, we recommend the following maintenance practices:

• Regular Inspections: Check your fence periodically for signs of damage, loose components, or wear and tear.
• Cleaning: Keep your fence clean by removing dirt, debris, and vegetation that may cause damage or accelerate wear.
• Vegetation Control: Trim back any plants or vines that may grow on or around the fence.
• Soil Management: Monitor the soil around fence posts to prevent erosion or settling.
• Prompt Repairs: Address minor issues promptly to prevent them from becoming more significant problems.

Failure to follow these maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.

• Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant photos if possible.

Inspection:

• Our team will schedule a site visit to inspect the problem and determine whether it is covered under this warranty.

Repair or Correction:

• If the issue is determined to be covered, we will schedule the necessary repairs at no additional labor cost to you.
• If the issue is not covered under this warranty, we will provide a detailed explanation and offer a cost estimate for the repair work.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation location.
• Guardian Fencing shall not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use, performance, or condition of the fence.
• This warranty is limited to the labor required to repair or correct installation-related issues and does not cover the cost of replacement materials, unless materials need to be replaced as a direct result of incorrect installation.
